Men's sexual health · from a man who lived it

I stopped guessing.
So can you.

I'm Stephen Marcus. After years of ED, pills that quit working, and bloodwork no one would explain, I stopped guessing and started measuring. I fixed my hormones, went through the implant myself, and tracked every number along the way. Now I help other men get the same straight answers — no judgment, no upsell, no guesswork.

Pick where you are. Start there.

Sexual Health

Prosthesis, ED & restoration.

The conversation your urologist doesn't have time for. What the surgery actually involves, what recovery looks like, and what I wish someone had told me.

Hormonal Optimization

Testosterone, SHBG & free T.

The numbers that explain everything. Why your bloodwork can look normal while you feel anything but — and what to do about it.

The Protocol

Eight years of self-testing.

Eleven essays from the lab notebook. What I take, when I take it, and the bloodwork numbers that justify every decision.

Stephen Marcus — Bionic Male
From someone who’s been there

I spent eight years on the wrong side of this problem.

Pills, injections, protocols — I tried all of it and tracked everything. Eventually I had the surgery. Today my testosterone is 850, my bloodwork is dialled, and I feel better at this age than I did at 45. Everything on this site comes from that experience.

If you’re navigating any of this — ED, low T, or just trying to understand your bloodwork — I read every message personally.
