The Protocol Stack

What I take.
Why I take it.
What it does.

Eight years of bloodwork pointed to the same handful of interventions. This is the exact stack — every supplement, every dose, and the biomarker reasoning behind each one.

What's in the stack
Testosterone support
Ashwagandha (KSM-66)
Supports healthy cortisol balance — high cortisol is one of the main suppressors of endogenous testosterone.
600 mg · morning
SHBG management
Associated with reduced SHBG, which frees up bound testosterone. One of the most underused levers in hormonal optimization.
6–10 mg · with food
Vascular function
L-Citrulline
Precursor to nitric oxide — supports blood flow and vascular health, the same mechanism PDE5 inhibitors exploit.
3–6 g · pre-activity
Hormone foundation
Deficiency in either suppresses testosterone production. Most men over 40 are low in both without knowing it.
ZMA formula · evening
Inflammation
Omega-3 (high EPA)
Tracks directly against hsCRP. Lowering systemic inflammation has downstream effects on testosterone, recovery, and cardiovascular markers.
2–3 g EPA/DHA · daily
Estradiol balance
DIM (Diindolylmethane)
Supports healthy estrogen metabolism — keeps E2 in the optimal 20–35 pg/mL window where libido and mood are best.
200 mg · with food

This is a preview — the full stack lives in the store, where every product links directly to what I use, with supplier sourcing, third-party testing notes, and dosage context. The store is the living version of this protocol. It grows as my bloodwork does.
